Mode of Selection Process
The selection process for the BSNL Senior Executive Trainee consists of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Multiple Choice Objective Type Test comprising Aptitude & Technical Knowledge.
- Document Verification: Selected candidates in the declared merit list will be called for document screening.
- Medical Examination: Final appointment is subject to passing the company’s Medical Examination standards.
- Training & Probation: Selected candidates will execute a Bond of ₹9 Lakhs for 5 years and will undergo a 2-year probation running concurrently with a 52-week training schedule.
