Interested candidates can follow these detailed step-by-step instructions to check their CBAT Exam City status and download the admit card:
- Step 1: Candidates must use the direct “Check Exam City Details” link provided in the ‘Important Links’ section below.
- Step 2: You will be redirected to the official RRB candidate login portal.
- Step 3: Enter your required login credentials: Registration Number and Password (usually your Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format).
- Step 4: Enter the Captcha code shown on the screen and click on the “Login” button.
- Step 5: Your CBAT Exam City Intimation slip will be displayed on the screen. This slip will show your exam date, reporting time, and the city where your exam center is located.
- Step 6: Save or print this intimation slip for your reference.
- Step 7: Please note that the Exam City Intimation slip is NOT the Admit Card. The final e-Call Letter (Admit Card) containing the exact exam venue and center address will be available for download exactly 4 days before your exam date.
- Step 8: Candidates must carry the printed admit card along with a valid original Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) to the exam center.
- Step 9: Candidates are also requested to carry the required Medical Vision Certificate (Annexure VI) during the CBAT, failing which they will not be permitted to appear.
