Mode of Selection Process
The Pavitra Portal selection process relies strictly on TAIT 2025 scores and candidate preferences. The process involves:
- Without Interview Selection (19,881 Posts): A direct merit list will be published by the portal. Candidates will be selected purely on their TAIT score based on a 1:1 ratio (one candidate for one post).
- With Interview Selection (10,328 Posts): For private management schools, the portal will recommend candidates in a 1:3 ratio (three candidates for one post) based on TAIT merit. The respective management will conduct an interview/demo session to finalize the selection.
- Document Verification: After allotment, candidates must present all original educational, professional, and reservation certificates to the respective authority for strict verification. Any discrepancies will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
