Role and Responsibilities
- Senior Scientist: Responsible for maintenance and utilization of laboratory equipment, timely publication of research articles, popularization of developed technologies for commercialization, and developing newer technologies regarding slaughterhouse waste products.
- Scientist: Responsible for research related to risk assessment and food safety aspects, timely publication of research work, and assisting the Senior Scientist in executing research work as per the technical program.
