IBPS CSA Recruitment 2026: Age Limit as on 01.08.2026

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years.
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years. (A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006)
  • Age Relaxation Extra as per IBPS CRP CSA-XVI Rules. (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years, PwBD: 10 years).

Customer Service Associate (CSA)* Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate on the day they register. * Local Language Proficiency: The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified / opted local language of that State/UT. * Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. * Ex-Servicemen specific qualifications apply.

Mode of Selection Process

  • Phase I: Online Preliminary Examination: Objective Tests for 100 marks. Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests to be shortlisted for the Main Exam.
  • Phase II: Online Main Examination: Objective Tests for 200 marks. Marks obtained in the Online Main Examination only will be considered for final merit listing.
  • Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): A test for knowledge of the specified/opted local language will be conducted after qualifying the Online Main examination/ Provisional Allotment but before joining the Bank (qualifying in nature). Candidates producing a 10th standard mark sheet showing study of the local language are exempt.
  • Document Verification & Identity Verification: Including Biometric Verification.
  • Provisional Allotment: Based on merit-cum-preference and actual vacancies.
