Mode of Selection Process
The selection for BMC Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will NOT involve a written examination. The selection process will be strictly merit-based and will consist of the following stages:
- Merit List Formulation: Selection will be based strictly on the highest marks obtained by the candidate in the final semester of their respective ITI examination.
- Tie-Breaker: In case two candidates score equal marks, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be given preference.
- Document Verification: Selected candidates will be called for the verification of their original educational, ITI, caste, and domicile certificates.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must pass a physical fitness test conducted by a BMC medical examiner.
